We are delighted to provide Free Shipping and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms for all orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union.

1. Shipping Zones & Rates

  • United Kingdom: FREE SHIPPING (DDP)

  • United States: FREE SHIPPING (DDP)

  • European Union: FREE SHIPPING (DDP)

For any other international destinations, shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. What Does DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Mean for You?

Shopping internationally usually means worrying about hidden customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. At INKO WALLS, we take care of everything.

All orders dispatched to the UK, USA, and EU are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means:

  • All applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and VAT/sales taxes are calculated, managed, and fully covered by us.

  • The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

  • Your package will be delivered straight to your doorstep with zero surprise charges or administrative fees at delivery.

3. Order Processing & Production Time

Because our wallpaper products are custom-made to order based on your unique dimensions, they require a meticulous production and quality check process:

  • Production Time: Please allow [2-4] business days for your custom wallpaper to be printed, processed, and carefully packed for transit.

  • Production does not take place on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order is handed over to our express courier network, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with leading global express carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure your custom order arrives quickly and safely. Once production is complete, estimated transit times are as follows:

Please note that these are estimated transit times provided by carriers and do not include unforeseen delays caused by extreme weather conditions or extraordinary carrier network disruptions.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor the real-time progress of your delivery through the carrier’s official tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Wrong Address & Delivery Failure Disclaimer

INKO WALLS is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete destination information provided during checkout.

  • Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

  • If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered because the customer was unreachable after multiple attempts by the courier, any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages and Delivery Issues

Every wallpaper roll is securely packaged to survive international transit. However, accidents can happen.

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or if the product inside has been crushed or ruined during transport, please take photographs of the box and the product immediately and contact us at info@inkowalls.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • We will immediately file a claim with the carrier and fast-track a complimentary replacement for you.
